Ingredients of White chicken Biryani

  1. Prepare 1/2 kg of chicken.
  2. Prepare 4-5 of green chilli.
  3. You need 2 of big black cardamom.
  4. It’s 1 table spoon of zeera.
  5. You need 1/2 of sabut kali mirch.
  6. Prepare 2 stick of dar chini.
  7. You need 1/2 of loung.
  8. You need 3 of bay leaves.
  9. It’s of water as required.
  10. Prepare 2-3 table spoon of pyaz brown.
  11. It’s 1 table spoon of namak or taste.
  12. You need 1/2 kg of soaked rice for 15 to 30 minutes.
  13. Prepare 1 1/2 table spoon of ginger garlic paste.
  14. Prepare 3/4 cup of yougert.
  15. Prepare 1 table spoon of white paper powder.
  16. You need of salt as a taste.
  17. It’s 1/4 of tble spoon javtri powder.
  18. Prepare 1/4 table spoon of jaifel powder.
  19. It’s 1 table spoon of black pepper.
  20. It’s 1/4 cup of mint leaves.
  21. You need 1/4 cup of coriander leaves.
  22. It’s 3 table spoon of kaju paste.
  23. Prepare 15 of cashew nuts grindrd with 1-2 table spoon of water.
  24. Prepare 1-2 table spoon of ghee.

White chicken Biryani step by step

  1. On muslin cloth,add green chilies,black cardamom,green cardamom,cumin seeds,black peppercorns, cinnamon stick,cloves,bay leaves and wrap to make a bouquet garni (potli) & set aside..
  2. In pot,add water and bring it to boil..
  3. Add bouquet garni (potli), cover and simmer for 5 minutes..
  4. Remove bouquet garni (potli) and discard it..
  5. Add fried onion,salt,rice and bring it to boil..
  6. Add lemon juice and boil until 3/4th done then strain & set aside..
  7. In pot,add oil,chicken and mix well until changes colour..
  8. Add green cardamom,cinnamon stick,black peppercorns,cumin seeds,green chilies and mix well..
  9. Add ginger garlic paste and mix well. Add onion,mix well and cook until onions are translucent..
  10. Add yogurt,white pepper powder,salt,mace powder,nutmeg powder,black pepper powder and mix well..
  11. Cover partially and cook for 4-5 minutes or until oil separates..
  12. Add mint leaves and fresh coriander. in cream,add kewra water,cashew paste and mix well..
  13. On low flame,gradually add cream+cashew paste mixture,boiled rice,fried onion and ghee..
  14. Cover and steam cook on low flame for 5 minutes..
